Booking Details

To book a trip, we require a 25% deposit which is payable by Visa, MasterCard, check or bank transfer. Final payment is generally due 45 days before the safari start date by bank transfer or check. We have an office in the USA to which checks and other booking documents may be sent. Bank transfers are usually made to our Tanzanian bank account.

Booking Process

1. You decide on an itinerary
2. Duma checks lodge availability on safari and in Zanzibar
3. We revise the itinerary and pricing if necessary
4. Duma emails invoice, detailed itinerary, packing lists, waiver form, pre-trip information form
5. You pay the deposit
6. Duma pays deposits on services in Tanzania
7. Duma emails additional information about your trip including trip logistics, tipping guide, emergency contact information
8. You pay balance 45 days prior to trip start date
9. Duma emails final crew lists and any updates several days prior to start of trip

Duma arranges all in-country travel including airport transfers, domestic flights and hotel stays. Ask us about our travel agent service for flights originating in Europe or the United States.
