We accept credit cards (Visa/MasterCard) for deposit payments. Final payments must be paid by USD check or bank transfer. If you are interested in paying by credit card, please let us know and we will send instructions.

Safari Prices

Lodge safaris are priced individually based on the parks and lodges visited. Also, note that safaris that do not visit Serengeti National Park are cheaper than the prices listed below. Additionally, prices do not include gratuities (visit our Tipping Guidelines page for details on tipping in Tanzania).

Safaris include:
- All park entrance, camping, lodge and administrative fees
- All meals and bottled drinking water
- 4WD transportation while on safari
- Staff salaries and fees
- Transfer to/from Arusha
- Hotels in Arusha where noted
- Camping safaris include sleeping tents, sleeping mattresses & pillows, tables & chairs (shower and toilet tents available on some itineraries)

Kilimanjaro Climbs include:
- All park entrance, camping, hut and rescue fees
- All meals and filtered drinking water while on the mountain
- Camping equipment including mountaineering mess and sleeping tents (Mt. Hardwear, North Face, Marmot), table & chairs, sleeping mattresses & pillows
- Guide, cook and porter salaries and fees
- Baggage porterage
- Transport to/from national park gates
- Portable altitude chamber included on Crater Camp summits

Prices do not include gratuities (visit our Tipping Guidelines page for details on tipping in Tanzania), soda/alcohol unless otherwise noted, accommodations in Arusha unless otherwise noted, health/evacuation insurance, visa fees, international airfare, laundry, and meals not noted on the itinerary.
